Individual Quantities
Minimum order is one manual. Pricing is based on quantity ordered and manual
title. Volume and educational discounts available by contacting your Courseware
Advisor. -
Courseware
License
A license gives you the right to duplicate and/or customize
the manual for one year for use at a single location. Pricing is based on manual
title and number of licenses being purchased. Manual text and data are provided
on CD-ROM. (If you do not have CD-ROM capability you can designate the content
to be on 3.5" disk. Be sure to specify this when placing your order.)
A standard order includes the
requested number of manuals or license(s) plus one master data disk per title.
The data on the disk can be installed on your computer hard-drive, network, or
copied onto separate disks for your students. VALUE-ADD OPTIONS

Shipping
charges vary based on the quantity and service requested. Orders received
Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business
day. For example, an order placed Tuesday before 4:00 pm will be shipped
by end of day Wednesday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed
on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders are not processed or shipped on
US holidays. For example, if you place an order the Friday before a Monday holiday
then the order will be shipped by the end of day the following Tuesday. Orders
of over 100 manuals require additional processing time. Contact a Courseware
Advisor for information.
RUSH:
Any order that must be processed and shipped the same day is considered a rush
order. Rush orders incur a $2 per manual fee in addition to the shipping
& handling charges.
We only ship "Freight on Board."
That is, we guarantee that packages are put on board the shipping transit service.
From there, however, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery of
the shipment to you.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with
your tracking number (where applicable). Should you experience
any delays or problems with the shipping of your order you will need to contact
the carrier directly. QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are so sure that you will like our manuals that we offer a money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the manuals and disks to
us within 30 days for a credit or refund. We can not accept returns on customized
manuals. This includes those bearing a custom title page and shrink-wrapped orders.
EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNT
Accredited schools, colleges and universities may be eligible for special pricing

RETURN
POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return all materials
within 30 days of the date ordered. We will offer you a refund, an equal exchange,
or credit for a future order subject to a 20% restocking charge.* Return shipping
charges are your responsibility.
*Exceptions: We can not offer
refunds or accept returns on authorized Citrix and Microsoft official curriculum,
any video CDs, customized manuals, manuals with a custom title page, custom cover,
custom binding, or custom paper stock. |
